Overview

WinSCP is a free and open-source file transfer client for Windows that supports a variety of protocols including SCP, SFTP, FTP, and S3-compatible object storage services. It provides a user-friendly graphical interface for transferring and managing files between a local system and a remote server. It can be used to connect to S3 compatible object storage services, such as Amazon S3 and Ceph S3, to perform various operations on objects stored in a S3 bucket, such as listing, uploading, and downloading files. The interface is simple to use and it supports drag and drop, file synchronization and automation of file transfer tasks, which makes it a good option for those who need to transfer and manage files in S3 bucket. However, it does not have built-in support for other popular cloud storage services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive.
